The length of the audio file, the number of files you are downloading, and the type of internet connection that you have will all play a role. T3 lines will provide the fastest download time, followed by cable, and then DSL connections. The speed of your computer’s processor, voltage interruptions, and your computer running multiple applications can also affect your download time. For your benefit, all of our audio files are in an MP3 format for two reasons: it’s the most universally recognized format so it will play on the widest variety of players, and the MP3 format is highly compressed so it speeds up download times. All our documents are in a PDF format, which also speed up your download times. For your benefit, you’ll find all of our product description pages (that offer downloadable files) provide an approximate download time based on the averages we have found.

If you have trouble downloading any audio file, first of all, we would like to apologize. There are a number of things that may have occurred that could have interfered with your download process. The good news is, we’re here to help, and there are a number of solutions we are able to provide.
1) The first place to start is by discovering if your download was in fact successful. Your product may have been saved in a place other than where you expected. If you are unsure where the product was saved, it was most likely saved in a folder titled "Downloads", where many browsers automatically save the files that you download. To locate your product, you should search for any file or folder that contains the name “Elite.” If you are able to locate the Elite folder containing your product, please double click on the folder to ensure you are able to access your downloaded product. If you receive any type of "Invalid" or "Error" message when trying to open it, please delete this Elite folder from your computer, as this invalid folder may inhibit your ability to download successfully.
2) If you can’t find your download, and you believe the download attempt was unsuccessful, you should then do the following: when you made your purchase, you were transferred to your "Downloadable Files" page. If that page is still open, you should first return to that page. Please then carefully read all the instructions, and if necessary, read the browser-specific instructions that you will find at the bottom of the page. If you have already closed the "Downloadable Files" page, please see the Order Summary email that was sent to you upon your purchase. You may need to check your Spam folder (Junk email folder) if you don’t see the email in your inbox. On the bottom of the Order Summary email you will find a link that reads "Download Center"; click on the link and it will take you to your original "Downloadable Files" page. Once you arrive on this page and begin the download process, please make sure this page remains open until the download is complete (Some files will take several minutes to download).
3). If you are still unable to download your file on this page, there may be an issue with your internet connectivity, browser or operating system. In a separate window (must keep "Downloadable files" page open), please type in any web address to make sure your internet is still working. If your internet is working properly, the next step is to make sure the download problem is not being caused by your browser. In rare situations in the past, we've found that Internet Explorer version 7 or lower can lose connectivity in the download process, which can prevent the file from downloading successfully. To ensure this is not the reason for your download complications, please download the latest version of Firefox, as this browser will help eliminate the possibility of unsuccessful downloads due to browser connection issues. If you are still unable to download your file, and have another computer at your disposable, we recommend attempting the download on a different computer to ensure the problem is not due to your operating system.

To transfer a podcast or audio file to your iPod, you first need to download and save it to a place on your computer where it is easy to locate (we recommend the desktop). From there you can drag and drop the mp3 file from your desktop (or location you chose to save it) into your iTunes system. As a next step, you should connect your iPod to your computer and choose to "Sync" all music and podcasts to your iPod. Your MP3 audio file will then be transferred to your iPod, and will be available to listen to at your convenience.
When you enrolled in our Elite Membership you provided us with an email address. With each release of our Direct Connect Podcasts and Insider Reports, an email notification will be sent to you at that email address. Please note that if you have changed your email address, you will need to update your account information on your My Account page in order to continue receiving the notifications. You should place EliteWorldwideStore.com on your safe sender list to assure our notifications are not being intercepted by any Spam filters you have in place. To update your account information, login to your My Account page by entering your email address and password in the corresponding fields at the top of the EliteWorldwideStore.com homepage.
Entering your login information at the top of the Elite homepage will automatically take you to your personal My Account page. Once you've navigated away from this page, you can always return to the page by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of each page.
When you first created an account with Elite, you were sent an email with the subject "Elite Account Info", which contained your login information. We recommend first looking for this email. If you are unable to locate this email, you can click the "Forgot your password?" link at the top of the Elite homepage, then enter your email address to have a temporary password sent to you.
