The three-day curriculum is rich with role-plays, flash-testing, and digital recording that includes telephone training, selling maintenance, diagnostic services, single point repairs, multiple services and repairs, and a whole lot more! In order to assure the success of your “superstar in the making”, each workshop is limited to twelve students, and each of those twelve will be assigned to two teams of six. As their employer, you will be provided with your very own post-course action plan, detailed instructions, and a copy of the Key Performance Indicators your service advisors will use to chart their progress. Following the course, each team will then meet throughout each month, via our password protected WebEx site, with a superstar from Elite that will assume the role of their personal “Sales Coach”, and will use the WebEx meetings to discuss their individual assignments and their weekly performance. By having weekly performance reviews with all six members participating, each student will benefit from the insights and recommendations from the others on his or her team. During this time we will reinforce the information shared at the workshop and help each student in furthering their success, while the students will be able to share their experiences so the others can benefit.

Each month, as the student’s employer, you will be able to participate in one of the WebEx meetings in order to experience this valuable service, as well as monitor the performance of your service advisor.
